Suggested Use:
Laminate the card. Hole punch one corner of the card and attach a metal ring. Attach the metal ring to the outside of your diaper bag or whatever you use to send your child's personal supplies to the daycare.
Note: Daycares are required to keep contact and medical information on file in the office. In an emergency, time is precious. Don't wait for someone to flick through files to find your child's information. Have it ready immediately with the Daycare Emergency Info card.
You might also consider placing your child's photo and fingerprint on the back of the card.
